Ballymore and Transport for London are working together to deliver a new town centre for Edgware – making it a thriving and exciting place to live.

Their plans include:
• 3,365 new homes, with a mix of sizes and types for everyone including genuinely affordable homes
• A new town centre for everyone – with more space than existing for local shops and places to work, including a new, bigger Sainsbury’s store
• A new transport interchange with covered areas and seating, reducing congestion and making crossing safer
• 20,000ft2 for new health facilities, like GP surgeries and dentists
• A new cinema, playgrounds, library and swimming pool
• A range of new play spaces and green spaces including new planting equivalent to 68 tennis courts (1.8ha), 400 new trees and 1ha of play space.
