Castle Land are seeking planning permission for seventy new high quality homes, twenty five of which are affordable housing.

It includes a mix of housing that is designed to help younger people stay in the area, older people to downsize as well as providing family homes and homes for first-time buyers with parking spaces.

The development will include substantial areas of open space including play areas.
